Use of Digitri implies acceptance of these Terms and all relevant policies under the CBT Tutorial umbrella.

By accessing Digitri, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any service, you:

• Agree to these Terms and all related Privacy, Refund, and Cookie Policies.
• Accept that CBT Tutorial reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Digital resources (videos, PDFs, code, templates, quizzes).
• Certificates with unique verification numbers.

• Instructor and student dashboards.

• Users must create an account to access certain features on Digitri.
• Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• CBT Tutorial and Digitri reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• Payments for courses or services are processed securely via SSLCommerz (for BDT) and Stripe (for USD).
• Pricing, discounts, and promotions are subject to change at any time.
• Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on this website.
• Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on Digitri — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, quizzes, certificates, software code, and branding — are the exclusive property of CBT Tutorial.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials.
• Share or resell login credentials.
• Download, record, or capture protected videos (DRM-protected).
• Attempt to bypass or disable any technical safeguards, including DRM, watermarking, shortcut/context-menu blocking, or other anti-piracy tooling.
• Use CBT Tutorial or Digitri trademarks without prior written consent.

Violations may lead to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or sharing of restricted course content.
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt system functionality, or tamper with anti-piracy protections applied to the platform.
• Not impersonate other users, instructors, or administrators.

• Certificates issued through Digitri are proprietary and include a unique certificate number for verification.
• Certificates represent completion of Digitri coursework and are not equivalent to formal university accreditation unless explicitly stated.
• CBT Tutorial reserves the right to revoke certificates in cases of fraud or policy violation.

Your data privacy is important to us. Digitri complies with international data protection standards.

• Personal data (e.g., name, email, payment info) is collected solely for educational and operational purposes.
• Email communications (e.g., confirmations, notifications) may be automated.
• No personal information is shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

• Any loss or damage resulting from misuse of materials.

You use our services at your own discretion and risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Required payments are not completed or disputed.

Upon termination:

• Your access to course materials may be revoked.
• No refunds will be provided for completed services.
• Certificates may be invalidated if issued under violation.

Certain services may integrate third-party APIs or tools (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Convex backend, payment gateways). You acknowledge and agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to log suspected circumvention attempts, suspend or terminate access, revoke certificates, and pursue legal action (civil or criminal) in response to piracy or unauthorised redistribution of course material.
